There has been a lot of promotion of hypochlorous acid in form of Clinisept+ mouthwash as an additional aid in treatment of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis – how do you rate it?

can there be perimplantitis while the patient has good oral hygiene & in the absence of prosthetic or systemic factors?
should we be more strict in not providing implants to those patients who have sown the they can’t maintain good oral hygiene or continue to smoke
