Washer disinfectors are always breaking down and are not financially viable so surely ultrasonics should be good enough even for a new practice in England what do you think.

Are there any measures you can take in order to make manual cleaning more effective?
After an AGP procedure within the surgery used instruments which are in the transport box to be processed how are they moving them to the CSSD? For instance wiping the transport box down and handing to the runner nurse who will have to wear gloves or transporting after fallow
If we are processing unwrapped intruments, Do we still need to dry the instruments before autoclave?
