Do you advise placing a little bit of bond to the end of the packing instrument so it does not stick to the composite so you do not pull the composite from the tooth , if you don’t have specific composite instruments?

Dear Louis, would you recommend to use a thin layer of flowable composite in the floor of the cavity, prior to applying incremental approach or you start with the fully incremental approach from the start??
After restoring a decayed or fractured posterior tooth to morphology, while doing occlusal adjustments the morphology is getting destroyed as most of the opposing tooth are either supra erupted or tipped or drifted. Any tips to avoid that?
